Refund policy

At JW Creative Studio, every item is made with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, and we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless:

• The item arrives damaged during shipping.
• The wrong item was sent.
• There is a manufacturing defect or an error made by JW Creative Studio.

Please review all personalization details, spelling, colors, sizes, and design approvals carefully before placing your order.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Non-custom, ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they:

• Are unused and in their original condition.
• Include all original packaging.
• Have not been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery by providing:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
• Once work has started on a custom order, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Lost or Delayed Packages

JW Creative Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
